Humans have hemorrhoids so why not dogs? If you consider the fact that dogs eat considerable amounts of food thus causing a lot of waste to accumulate in their bodies you would be well on your way to answering the question “do dogs have hemorrhoids,” given the fact that the rectum area can often be constricted and the chances of a dog having constipation or hard feces are quite great.
